Bliss – a Christian Way to Mindful Living // Saturday 17 October

Petra van Vliet, mental health Social Worker, will introduce us to the practice of mindfulness from a Christian perspective, bringing back the practice of contemplative prayer and equipping us to better manage stress we experience in life. Perfect leading up to exam time and the lifting of COVID restrictions. 11:45am – 12:30pm.
