Kids & Families

We dream to see children and families as inspired disciples of Jesus participating in church, reaching out to the community and engaging in healthy spiritual practises within the family.

Playgroup

Little Stars Playgroup sessions run from 10-11:30am each Tuesday during school terms. Watch a short video of some of the reasons our carers choose to bring their children to Little Stars Playgroup. Our Playgroup Coordinator, Tiffany, would love to have you come along.

Playgroup is a time of music, craft and community for children and their care-givers. The benefits of playgroups are significant and long-lasting. Playgroups enhance parent-child relationships, provide a positive social experience for parents/carers and children, increase parents' understanding, skill and confidence in supporting their children's development, help build children’s social, emotional, pre-reading and physical skills, plus ... they are fabulously fun!

We'd love to have you and the special child(ren) in your life be a part of it!

Kids Church

Kids Church is offered for children 3-12 years of age every Sunday during school term (except long weekends and All-in intergenerational Sundays), as part of our Sunday 10am worship service. Children 10+ are encouraged to join in as junior helpers.

Activities include Bible stories, games and craft that help children to engage with faith in both fun and age-appropriate ways. Held downstairs. Sign-in is open before the worship service begins.

All leaders/helpers 18+ go through an application process including signing our Code of Conduct and passing a Working With Children Check.

We adhere to our Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy and our Safe Places Policy.

All our Children’s and Youth leaders are screened for ministry and sign our Code of Conduct before they can commence volunteering.

If you wish to view any of these policies you are welcome to do so by contacting the Church Office.
