As part of Ringwood Church of Christ, Seniors Ministry seeks to serve the older members of our community within a Christian context. It is a Christ centered ministry seeking to be an expression of God’s unconditional love to all people, which includes active retirees, frailer elderly and those in aged care. We value the benefits of growing older, that is, the wisdom and insight each person brings from their unique life journey.
We are committed to fostering a healthy community amongst our ‘seniors’, as well as positive relationships with the wider church community encompassing people of all ages.
Seniors ministry strives to encourage participation, a sense of belonging and acceptance as well as service to others. Encouragement, compassion and support of each other in times of need is vital.
We also try to maintain effective communication between individuals, the church and the wider community that will benefit each person spiritually, emotionally and physically.
There are a number of programs / activities that run for Seniors - please click on a highlighted link below for more information:

- PASTORAL CARE: is a vital part of Seniors Ministry and we endeavor to encourage and support people in life changes, grief and illness through friendship, prayer and practical assistance.
